Botanic Gardens of South Australia

The Botanic Gardens of South Australia is made up of three gardens at Adelaide, Wittunga and Mount Lofty.

The Adelaide Botanic Garden has provided refuge, recreation and education to the community for over 150 years and provides a unique range of cultural, recreational, educational and scientific opportunities for children, students and teachers.

Schools use the Garden as a living museum to learn about the fascinating world of plants and their importance to all life on earth. Programs include science, environment, culture, literacy and language, using a discovery-based learning across the curriculum approach.
